Create an account — we never share your day-job title publicly.
Pick your categories (up to 5). We only show you jobs that fit the hours you have.
Complete role-specific validations:

- Music tutors → upload a 30-60s audio sample.
- Developers / designers / writers → portfolio repository (Fiverr-style).
- Drivers / maids / nurses / nannies / caretakers → ID verification (KYC).

Create a recruiter account with company name + type.
Complete verification: email, phone, and KYC (PAN/GSTIN/ID as applicable).
Post a job with clear specs — title, responsibilities, requirements, perks, pay, hours cap.
Tick the validations the role needs: typing test, portfolio, audio, ID. We gate applications on these.
Review pre-vetted candidates. Short-list, interview, hire.
Pay via your preferred model — per hire, subscription, or salary-share.
